The structure of the bench TORI is made in tubular steel 102×2 mm. To its extremities, 2 rounded pieces in steel (2 mm thickness) are welded through a continuous welding and are later polished. The feet (37,56 cm H.) are made in tubular steel 102×2 mm, laser-cut and welded, through a continuous welding, to the main structure. The feet are welded 15° to the main axis and one opposite to the other. 27 steel brackets (50/10 thickness), with an angle of rotation of 0,50°, are welded on the upper part of the main tube. Each one has 2 countersunk holes (6 mm diam.) for the fixing of the exotic wood slats (50x30x440 mm). Steel flanges (50/10 thickness), with 4 holes (10 mm diam.) for the fixing to the ground through specific bolts, are welded to the base of the feet. It is also possible to have a specific underground extension, 250 mm long.

For the realization of this product, Steel EN10111DD11 is used and later treated with a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such cycle is meant to guarantee the protection of the painted products, in an environment of C4 corrosion class, as requested by the UNI regulations  EN ISO 12944-2. The products are eventually polyester-powder coated with AkzoNobel RAL colours at choice.

The wood used is either Iroko or Okume, treated with natural, water-repellent, UV ray resistant oils.
