The ashtray ONDA MINI is made in steel of 15\/10 thickness. The upper part is made of a calendered sheet, welded to the structure through continuous welding, later polished. With a 50\u00b0 inclination, a pierced net of dimensions 80×120 mm, with holes of 5 mm diam., is welded to the front part. It also comes with 3 laser-cut holes of 19 mm, under which there is a slot of dimensions 60×10 mm to keep the ashes. On the lower part there is a door of dimensions 120xh 500 mm, whose hinges are obtained by the sheet of the load-bearing structure, through the application on pressure of 2 thread inserts M4. The screws serve as hinges. Inside the ashtray ONDA MINI, a box in galvanized steel sheet 8\/10 thickness, provided with 2 oval holes helping its removal, is placed. On the bottom of the ashtray there are 4 holes of 8 mm diam. for the fixing to the ground through specific bolts (not provided).<\/p>\n

This product is entirely made in Italy\u00a0from steel subjected to an electrolytic galvanising cycle and subsequently painted with PP powders with Ral colour of your choice.<\/p>\n

The galvanized steel used is steel EN10346DX51D+Z and, unless otherwise stated, is not painted.<\/p>\n
