Le borne EASY amovible est realis\u00e9 en acier EN10111DD1, avec \u00e9paisseurs allant du 20\/10 au 50\/10, thermo laqu\u00e9 de poudre polyester. Le pieu est constitu\u00e9 d\u2019un tube avec diam\u00e8tre 102 mm, d\u00e9coup\u00e9 au laser sur la partie sup\u00e9rieure avec une inclinaison de 45\u00b0, ou une plaque soud\u00e9e \u00e0 fil continu est fix\u00e9e. Apr\u00e8s la polissage, le soudage est imperceptible \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il. Le borne est ins\u00e9r\u00e9 dans un \u00e9l\u00e9ment fix\u00e9 su sol, realis\u00e9 avec un tube (diam. 108 mm). Sur la partie sup\u00e9rieure, une plaque soud\u00e9e avec \u00e9paisseur 50\/10 pr\u00e9sente un embo\u00eetement pour le pieu et le syst\u00e8me de blocage avec serrure.<\/p>\n
