The structure is made in steel sheet 30/10 thickness. Over the entire height of the structure there is a fold (mm 30×20) for the fixing of the board and for support of the legs. The board, with dimensions mm 1543 x h 1050, is made in steel sheet 15/10 thickness, later polyester powder-coated, and is fixed to the load-bearing structure through 12 screws on specific threaded bushings. The load-bearing structure is provided with 2 plates for the fixing to the ground, with 2 holes M10, each one for specific bolts (not provided), dimensions mm 100 x 60 and 50/10 thickness. In case of cementation, there’s an underground extension of 400 mm.
For the realization of this product made in Italy, Steel EN10111DD11 is used and later treated with a cycle of sandblasting, cataphoresis and powder coating. Such cycle is meant to guarantee the protection of the painted products, in an environment of C4 corrosion class, as requested by the UNI regulations EN ISO 12944-2. The products are eventually polyester-powder coated with RAL colours at choice.
As an alternative to steel EN10111DD11, the production in corten is also available, on demand. In this case the material is treated with a specific oxidation process.
The galvanized steel used is steel EN10346DX51D+Z and, unless otherwise stated, is not painted.
