The structure of the bench TSUMI is made of 2 strong steel supports, resulting from the welding of laser-cut elements (50/10 and 15/10 thickness). The supports are connected to each other through 2 steel brackets (15/10 thickness), bent like a C shape 30x50x30 mm.

The brackets are screwed to the supports with 4 screws M6 each. 16 exotic wood slats 50x50x1800 mm are fixed to the supports with specific bolts. 2 plates 50×150 and of 50/10 thickness are welded to the base of the load-bearing structure with 2 holes (12 mm diam.) for the fixing to the ground through specific bolts (not provided).

Steel EN10111DD11 is used for the realization of this product made in Italy and all the elements in this material, after all the different stages (cutting, bending, welding), are treated with electrogalvanizing according to the UNI regulations and are later polyester powder-coated with RAL colours at choice.

The wood used is either Iroko or Okume, treated with natural, water-repellent, UV ray resistant oils.
